If your child is attending Cobham Day Camp in summer 2016, a registration form must be filled out. Also, please read the letter as there are some changes from last year. The letter and registration form can be found here.
In order for your child to attend Cobham, the medical release form, found here, also must be filled out and turned in to Jamie or another member of the Cobham staff.
